Victoria Chapman

Victoria Chapman is an Associate Attorney at McCabe Russell Divorce and Child Custody Lawyers.

Victoria graduated from Texas State University with an undergraduate degree in International Relations and earned her law degree from American University, Washington College of Law. Prior to joining McCabe Russell, Victoria was a law clerk to the Honorable Cheryl A. McCally in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.

Since joining McCabe Russell, Victoria has negotiated and litigated a diverse and wide-ranging variety of cases, from divorce to custody and child support matters to protective orders. She is dedicated to providing a compassionate and focused approach to all matters to certify that her client’s best interest is secured. While a smooth and mutual resolution is always the goal, if that is not possible, Victoria is prepared to guide her clients through to a resolution with patience and commitment.

Victoria has an innate kindness that enables her to develop and foster a relationship with her clients that allows open communication to thrive. Through clear communication and meticulous preparation, she works with her clients to understand the next steps and potential outcomes, so her clients feel prepared and challenges are minimal. Understanding the legal process enables Victoria to educate and help to facilitate the best possible outcomes for her clients.

When not in the office, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, traveling, hiking, and trying out new recipes.
