Madison K. Vinyard is a Senior Associate Attorney at McCabe Russell Divorce and Child Custody Lawyers.
Madison earned her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2018 with a concentration in Family Law. Prior to joining McCabe Russell, Madison served as the law clerk to the Honorable Laura S. Ripken at the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County.
While at McCabe Russell, Madison has negotiated and litigated a wide range of domestic cases, ranging from pre-nuptial agreements to complex property and custody issues. With this, she believes it is essential to treat all cases with a level of care and individuality, guiding individuals through unique scenarios since each case is unique. While an amicable resolution is always the goal, Madison is always prepared to handle even the most antagonistic situations with a composed and assertive approach.
As a child of divorce, Madison personally understands the impact that the breakdown can have on a family, which provides her with the ability to maintain a level of compassion throughout her representation of her clients. She is dedicated to ensuring that her client’s objectives and needs are maintained throughout, regardless of how obstinate the other side may be during the process.
When not in the office, Madison enjoys spending her time with her husband and their daughters, as well as being outdoors!
