Jennifer O. Bradbury

Jennifer O. Bradbury is a Partner at McCabe Russell Divorce and Child Custody Lawyers.

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from Messiah College (now Messiah University), where she graduated magna cum laude, and her law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she graduated cum laude.

Before coming to McCabe Russell, Jennifer served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard S. Bernhardt in the Circuit Court for Howard County and practiced family law exclusively for over six years at a prominent family law firm in Howard County.

Throughout her tenure at McCabe Russell, Jennifer has negotiated hundreds of cases for a successful outcome. She works collaboratively with her clients to resolve conflicts, while ensuring that their best interests are preserved. Jennifer fosters and develops relationships with her clients that focus on communication while reaching a constructive agreement. She brings a calm and patient approach to all aspects of negotiations and works to resolve even the most contentious situations to a mutually beneficial agreement.

Jennifer thrives in unravelling and piecing together the financial nuances of high-asset value matters. She regularly negotiates complex separation and property settlement agreements, working with clients to ensure they understand their rights during a very tumultuous and, oftentimes, emotionally trying time in their lives. Jennifer is meticulous and methodical in her review and analysis of complex financial matters and works to develop an agreement that addresses the unique challenges that these matters bring in a separation.

Jennifer’s passion for procedure and her innate attention to details are invaluable to the trial and Appellate work she provides to her team. She excels in her review of matters to discern the minutiae of the issue and provide an argument that supports her case. Jennifer has a complex understanding of rules and procedures that enable her to offer an invaluable approach to all matters.

When not in the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their three children and their dog.
