Hilary R. Tebeleff is a Partner at McCabe Russell Divorce and Child Custody Lawyers.

Hilary earned her undergraduate degree in Government and Politics from University of Maryland, College Park and her law degree from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.

Prior to joining McCabe Russell, Hilary worked as a staff attorney in the House of Ruth Maryland Domestic Violence Legal Clinic. Her experience working with domestic violence survivors has afforded her a deep understanding of domestic violence laws and procedures, while fostering her passionate support for her clients.

During her tenure at McCabe Russell, Hilary has successfully litigated hundreds of high conflict and complex family law and domestic violence cases in multiple jurisdictions in Maryland and Washington D.C. She thrives in navigating emotionally charged and strategically challenging high conflict custody cases, while simultaneously focusing on the best needs and outcome for her clients.

Hilary understands how stressful, disruptive, and anxiety-inducing the litigation process can be, especially for changing families and their dynamics.  She fervently works to provide her clients with the best possible outcomes, while being an intensely focused litigator. Hilary fosters and develops a close working relationship with her clients so that they feel supported, heard, and informed throughout her representation.

When not in the office, Hilary enjoys working out, karaoke, baking, hiking and traveling with her partner, cheering on the Maryland Terrapins and Washington D.C. sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.
