Jeffrey Evans is Senior Counsel at McCabe Russell Divorce and Child Custody Lawyers.

Jeffrey is an experienced family law and civil litigation attorney who has spent over twenty-five years litigating in state and federal courts. His practice focuses exclusively on representing clients in family law matters including divorce, spousal and child support, child custody and visitation and the division of marital property.

Jeff is known for his practical approach to family law cases and tries to resolve virtually all cases via settlement, but has also successfully litigated cases for his clients when settlement was not possible.

When not working, you can find Jeff either watching or playing soccer or spending time with his wife of 30 years, 3 daughters, 1 son-in-law, 1 granddaughter and his English bulldog.
