Welcome, Tracey L. Perrick, to McCabe Russell, PA
McCabe Russell, PA is excited to welcome Tracey L. Perrick to our team! After working for some of the most prestigious family law firms in Maryland, she joins us in the role of Senior Counsel. Here, Tracey will put her years of experience in litigation, mediation, and negotiation to work on behalf of our clients. We are thrilled to have her with us.
Tracey earned her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland, College Park, and her J.D. from University of Baltimore School of Law, both times graduating magna cum laude (top 10% from University of Baltimore, and top 5% from University of Maryland). After graduation, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Patrick L. Woodward (Ret.), Chief Judge of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Once her clerkship ended, she quickly rose through the ranks at other family law firms before joining us in December 2018.

Tracey has developed a well-earned reputation as smart and fierce litigator, often handling complex, high-conflict cases. She routines represents children who are embroiled in high-conflict divorce and family law cases in the Circuit Court for Howard County, and is the current Co-Chair of the Howard County Bar Association Family Law Section. These honors, combined with her exemplary work ethic and dedication to seeking the best possible outcome for her clients, has earned her multiple accolades, including a Super Lawyers listing for the last 6 consecutive years. She has also been named to the Top 100 Lawyers in Maryland, and the Top 50 Women Attorneys in Maryland, on multiple occasions.
What sets Tracey apart from the crowd, however, is the genuine passion she feels for her clients. She takes the time to develop relationships with the clients she represents, so that she can understand their needs from every perspective. She was honored with Avvo’s Client’s Choice Award in 2016 and 2017, and the Howard County Bar Association’s Service Award in 2016.
When she is not in the office, you’ll find Tracey spending time with adorable Frenchton pup, Sammy, or working out at CrossFit Cove in Columbia. (She has her CrossFit Level 1 Certification, so she’s no novice when it comes to staying healthy and fit!)
