Meet Jeffrey Evans, Senior Counsel and McCabe Russell, PA!
McCabe Russell, PA is proud to introduce Jeffrey Evans, Senior Counsel at our firm! Jeff focuses his practice exclusively on representing clients in family law matters – including divorce, spousal and child support, child custody and visitation, and the division of marital property. His warm demeanor helps clients feel at ease during an incredibly stressful time during their lives.
Jeff believes that the best approach to resolving family law cases is a non-adversarial one. He notes, “I want to make sure all my clients are well-informed throughout the legal process. It’s important that my clients feel heard and understood. I understand that family law issues can become contentious, and it’s also important to help clients feel safe and secure.” When cases are unable to be settled, however, Jeff is a fierce and aggressive advocate, and always ready to fight for his clients in the courtroom.
Jeff is admitted to the Maryland Bar and is affiliated with the Anne Arundel, Howard County, and Maryland State Bar Associations.
When he’s not at work, Jeff enjoys running – if you can call it “running” at that speed – and soccer. He also enjoys spending time with his family and his English bulldog.
